Hotel Araiza Mexicali

Our last stay at Araiza was a little disappointing as we are regulars there. We used our points for a one night free which our room was not very clean. There was hair on bathroom floor and bathroom door would get stuck after you showered. My first time not happy with my room. We enjoy staying at Araiza as all the staff are the friendliest I’ve ever seen. The busboys that take our luggage are the best especially Ramon and Jesus. They inform us on all events happening while our stay. Housekeeping is very friendly as the restaurant staff as well. Was not very happy with my room which was not the cleanest.

Great hotel to stay in centrally located near many different restaurants and shops. Quality location if you’re coming down for any kind of dentistry trips from the US.

Had a couples retreat here and stayed the night. The room was beautiful a little bit of minor cosmetic issues. The bed was awesome. Could sleep there forever. Had brunch at the restaurant. It’s never a letdown. Great food. Great variety great service. We love coming back here.

I love it here, I always stay here when we visit, this day was a rainy day in Riverside, so after a 4 hour drive w 3 kids getting their with our “reservation” to be told it had been canceled due to how busy and in demand the hotel was that night was not what I needed. Thank god they accommodated me but then it made me question what was the point of the reservation in the first place. And I called around 2pm to let them know I’d be arriving around 4.pm.

Difficult to regulate water temperature in shower. Very hot to very cold. Difficult to adjust water on shower head. Shower door would open when shower in use. AC unit was too cold when set to 21 degrees C. For a remodel room, still need to fix items. Service is great.

Excelent service we had reserved one night also got the breakfast at La Fonda restaurant downstairs. As soon as we checked in reception was very friendly and helpful they quickly helped us get our room. They also upgraded our room to a suite at no extra cost which was a plus. Once we got to our room as soon as we entered it was very spacious and very clean the bathroom was had clean towels and the bedroom was amazing the bed was super comfy and clean. I keep emphasizing on clean because that is what we look for when we stay at hotels. The room had small living room with a big screen TV where we watched movies and stayed out of the heat. Next day we had an amazing breakfast buffet down stairs after breakfast we went for a swim in the pool. It was such a great time we ended up extending our stay one more night.

I had stayed here several times, and is always a wonderful stay. Rooms are clear and beautiful, service exceptional, now that I have my baby they offered me a crib that made our life so much easier to travel. Highly recommended

The only thing that could use help would be the check in process. It took me 15 minutes to get checked in. But the room was excellent, the bar was great and the buffet was awesome. Location was also safe.
